Can we please have an option to disable the <se.#> effects?

You'll be surprised how many people actually DON'T look at the party bar.

(I even saw someone who has their bar scaled to the smallest....)

And I mean, I did say "IF you can" not mandatory! ._.

Fair enough.

Some people, I don't understand them. I got upset trying to drop it to 90% scale.

I'm still more of a fan of "it's called an option for a reason" method than making it all 100% yes or no.
