Jubs thinks that more than half the plots on every server is going to open up when they implement a system that removes those under ownership of inactive accounts. Where does Jubs get these numbers? Doesn't matter... this is an internet forum and to get things to go Jubs way, Jubs going to make up whatever Jubs want without backing it up in any way.
