Sastasha (Hard)

I never had problems in this dungeon, nor in the whole game in general, but now I can't access this one, because it will crash my client as soon as I enter. On the black loading screen it will crash my client everytime I try to log in until I get kicked out of the dungeon. It never happened before, when I used to run it, and no other content, just this dungeon (and can't complete unlock it anymore).

Any explanation/suggestion please?

If the game only crashes when your doing that one specific dungeon, that really does sound interesting. You should get in touch with support for sure. Either use ingame support or contact them through the games homepage.

I tried contacting them in game but no answer, will try on support website. I think it's the cutscene that causes it, since it's a new character and I've never entered on this char, I'm forced to get the cutscene (no chance to esc + skip), but the weird part was it never happened before lol.
