The Tank when they do the initial pulls should be getting threat on all of them by that i mean hitting them so their names go red. They should also be popping a CD so they take less damage along with your stoneskin so gather everything together. On really big pulls Eye for an Eye also helps a lot. When he gathers everything together you want to be in cleric stance then pop presence of mind and swiftcast and use holy. This will stun everything wait a second then holy again to get the next stun and holy 1-2 more times use shorud take off cleric stance pop divine seal cure II and regen on Tank you can add medica II if needed because stuff is slow to die. Cleric stance holy holy holy till dead. Sometimes if you have benediction you can just stay in cleric stance and holy until Tank is low then heal them to full.

It does take some practice and if you are using DF each group will be different but once you have done a dungeon a few times and know the mob orders you can carry any Tank in there even a poor one. Better gear helps with doing more damage and healing more but it's mostly about knowing when you can DPS and when heals are needed. Just remember sometimes mitigation and stuns are sometimes better than panic healing with cure II.
