Surecast Enhancements, Please!

How is it superior then? Both will handle incoming attacks that interrupt your cast with equal adequacy.

I did not say any situation I said where interupted attacks are concerned it's better to prebuff Surecast for whatever attack that can interupt you instead of having to regain your lost GCD by using Swiftcast.

Why would you blow a 60 second cooldown that you can handle an incoming attack with that interupts your cast bar, when you get just Surecast through it which is on cooldown for 30 seconds, you should save Swiftcast for when you need to move or for long casts raise, flare etc.
