    Surecast Enhancements, Please!

    I'd love to see Surecast allow moving-while-casting.

    It would still expire when one spell was cast, but you'd have the option of moving while casting that spell.

    Also, for it to merely suspend your cast in the case of paralysis, resuming when each tick of paralysis ends)... to be true to its name.

    Balance-arguments aside, it'd just be dang fun, so let us have it!

    It's not like it has 100% up-time, it'd be a neat little tool & entertaining for both PVE & PVP purposes.

    If SE felt it necessary, they could slightly rebalance it (cool-down, use-window, etc.) but I don't think anything drastic would be needed.

    My rebuttal, why not both? What's the harm (beyond the obvious, balance-implications)?

    Swiftcast is on a much longer CD, would be less usable than the suggested.

    Although I see Surecast's usefulness & merit, I feel it would benefit from this little extra pizzazz.

    It would be much more fun & interesting to permit Surecast to do so.

    Ultimately, my thinking is, "why not?" It's far more excited to allow for it, why restrict it so just because 'oh, well Swiftcast can do that already'?

    I totally agree with this... Frankly I am shocked that this is nor not the default. I certainly expected it to be and upon learning it was not i since completely ignored the skill.

    Yeah it's pretty underwhelming considering how rare actual spell interruptions are outside of pvp...

    Surecast allows you finish casting whatever spell without being interrupted. Turn 5's fireball being one example I don't think it needs to be changed at all it doesn't make or break a fight but I'd rather not have one skill that does more or less the same as another.

    But... Swiftcast does that too. So isn't that what swiftcast is for?

    That seems redundant. It's like... Swiftcast is just a superior version of Surecast or something. If that were the case, that'd be worse than them doing the same thing because it would mean Swiftcast entirely invalidates Surecast.

    Swiftcast can be used AFTER to recover your interrupted spell from an attack. Surecast is a prebuff to allow no interupts from the enemy during your next cast whilst rooted, cancelling the cast will remove the buff. On attacks that interrupt spells few they may be Surecast is superior.
