Eorzea Cafe Reservation Question

Probably not the best place to ask this, but wasn't sure where else to check. I've been looking online at the process for making reservations for the Eorzea cafe, but I've heard that you have to pick up your tickets within 3 days of making the reservation. Online it lets you book a couple weeks in advance, so I just wanted to double check before I make my reservation.

I did try making a reservation online, but it told me to pick up my tickets (in Japan of course) within 3 days of making the reservation even though the reservation is 4 weeks away

■チケット引取方法
[step１]
　お近くのローソン・ミニストップ店内設置のLoppiを探す。
※ローソン・ミニストップ店舗検索は下記URLよりご確認ください。

　Loppiトップ画面の左下の「ローソンチケット」ボタンをタッチ。
[step３]
　「予約済チケット（当選）の引取り」をタッチ。
[step４]
　上段の「予約番号入力欄」に予約番号10桁を入力。
　下段の「番号入力欄」に【電話番号（※予約時に入力された電話番号）】を入力。
[step５]
　お名前、お電話番号等を入力。
[step６]
　Loppiより発行された申し込み券を30分以内にレジへお持ちいただき、
　店員へチケット発券を依頼しチケットをお受け取りください。

Thanks so much for the response! I was hoping to get my reservations in as soon as possible, but I guess I'll wait until a few days before I leave for Japan.

Oh wow you can book online now? Lucky, I had to do the crazy thing where you show up in the morning, wait in line to get a random number, then find out if you got a low enough number to pick a reservation that day (otherwise, you can come back tomorrow and try again! But no guarantees!).

Glad to hear they have a saner system now.
