the 3 action bars Visuable

Err no haven't seen anything on the implimentation of a usable triple action bar UI.

I have, but I'm about to go to bed, and I don't feel like digging for it.

But somewhere, one of the community reps said this was going to happen, but not til after 1.20.

Having all 3 Action bars on screen is something i've wanted since Beta. At present I have to flip the bars by clicking the 2 tiny arrows all the time which is a nightmare. Also makes it hard to see your recast timers.

So they are planning to add all 3 action bars on screen at same time in addition to remodeling the entire action bar itself. Drag and drop was also mentioned by a Com Rep here as "upcoming changes" We don't known when but i'm guessing maybe in a lettered patch at some point.
