Well, you can get I120 gear from spamming World of Darkness, and then get Tombstones for I120/I130 weapons. Turn 5 is required to clear Turn 9 is required to clear Turn 13, then your done. Shiva is the biggest primal at the moment, but you hafta kill your way to her, she drops I110/115 weapons and bracelets.
Ultimately when the new content drops, it should be the great equalizer, so considering we are like 3 weeks away... I'd do the following... since none of the old stuff will matter much outside of completion.

1. Unlock Labrinth of Ancients/Syrcus Tower/World of Darkness, then pick up the weekly quest and do it each week for a Tombstone/Carbontwine, and the third item of your choosing. Get an i130 axe with the Tomb and Carbontwine.

2. Unlock all your dungeons so you can do Ex Roulette, do daily for 75 Poetics. Use Poetics to get 10 Tokens.

3. Spam World of Darkness and fill out your "Left side" gear, use your soldiery for accessories.

4. Aim for about 10200/10500 HP in defiance, and then gear for Strength bonuses from there. Then your ready to study up on Coil if you want it down between now and the 19th. That HP should be able to last you through turn 13.

Some clarification: you'll only need about 9.5k health in Defiance, as that'll put you at 10.5k+ in FCoB with Echo. Need even less for SCoB.

Yes, you can basically wear all slaying with full echo. But 10200/10500 was the pre-echo number for most groups.
