PS4 Pre-order confusion

So I'm pretty much at my wit's end right now. Digital still isn't out for Heavensward on the PS4 in the US and I'm not sure if there's a cut-off date for the Pre-order bonuses. If it hasn't magically appeared in the PSN store tomorrow I'm gonna go pre-order a physical copy, but this leads to a whole new line of questioning.

If there's anyone else who's bought a physical copy and got a pre-order code, which store did you buy it from? Both Best Buy and Game Stop are in opposite directions from my house so I'd rather not spend 2 hours in all just trying to pre-order Heavensward. I would also ask if anyone on PS4 has been able to redeem their pre-order code for it yet and if it's possible to redeem it online.

The psn store will not update until June second so we can only hope. As for the code working a gf of mine from the uk said hers did not but i'm not 100% sure about NA and btw welcome to the hell train of SE not telling us anything plz don't enjoy your stay

Makes me wonder about the US PS3/PS4 mail out of codes (if the site is still saying pending for those codes for people)...I'm still waiting here for mine. I hope the codes get sent out at the same time that pre-order is available...whenever that is.

Haha, guess ESO has a better marketing team compared to SE's lackluster team.

Btw OP you should at least wait it out until next Tuesday since it definitely won't magically update today as you would hope for. If it's not there next Tuesday when the store updates then I think it's safe to say it won't be coming at all, then we can all get physical instead.

The deadline is only two and a half weeks away, and when it's broken (which it clearly is) it can take longer than that to fix the problems, so anyone who wants either early access or pre-order items is running out of time. If you don't care about either early access or pre-order items, then sure, if you wait until a month or two after release I'm sure it'll be working smoothly by then and you'll be able to just buy the expansion and register it. The problem is that it's not working that smoothly for those trying to pre-order it.

PSN isn't accepting orders. SE's store isn't accepting PS4 CE orders. Amazon has accepted orders but isn't sending out the pre-order codes until it's too late to register them. Apparently there are some local stores that are supposed to have pre-order codes but don't. ... I'd really like to know whether there's anyplace we can pre-order from that actually is working, because so far, all I've heard is one place after another after another that's not. And still no word from SE about what's going on with any of them.

You'd think SE would have learned after the clusterfuck that ARR launch turned into. It's not like this is the first time SE has ever tried to sell something. They should have the kinks worked out of the process for letting us buy it. (Have they ever had a release that ran smooth?)
