i think the ONLY thing the op missed (which he may be able to edit into his list) is ALT-TAB during full screen mode. (not to mention the windows button)

every single thing mentioned on his list, gets right under my skin, NO successful MMO would have these issues and SE needs to hammer them out BEFORE 1.21. its the anniversary now, we're gunna get an influx of new players, 60% or more will rage quit over those issues listed messin up our populations more.
