Fairly Capable PLD, Looking for T9 Group (Ilvl 121 VIT/125 STR)

I'm looking for a group that will attempt T9 of Coils seriously and without negative attitudes. I am a relatively new player to FFXIV and as such have not had the chance to be a part of an experienced, established raiding team thus T9 has been a entry barrier to T10+ for me for quite some time. That said, the most experience I have had with T9 is to the beginning of phase 4 and little to no experience actually in phase 4. I was also a DRG at the time rather than a tank.

What you can expect from me :
-Dedication : I want to have T9 cleared before Heavensward. I am fully willing to spend all of my free time between now and June 19th if that's what it actually takes.
-Commitment : So long as your group does not have a generally negative outlook. I'm willing to see it to the end.
-A Tank : While I haven't experienced tanking T9, I'm fairly confident I could do it reliably after getting used to the phases and their relative positioning.
-An Offtank : I much prefer the offtank role in most fights. If your group wants to do a 2 tank strategy, I'm capable and willing to do that as well.

What you should not expect from me :
-Full Commitment : While I am willing to commit to a group's progress on T9 and coils in general currently. I do have other commitments that come before that, and I am not looking to join a LS or raid FC in a more permanent capacity.
-One Shot Tank : As I have stated before, I am not a T9 experienced tank, and will make a few mistakes. As I consider myself a decent tank, I most likely will not make the same mistake twice.
