Character Creation Restrictions Not Accurate

The quantity of characters has no baring, 1 or 8 doesn't make a difference, its currently logged in chars that count. Unless you are implying they should already know the latter statement having multiple on a high population server already. Which depending on peak and play times my have never been an issue for this particular person before.

i was indeed referring to them already knowing about the site.

Yeah, the source of confusion was failing to realize that that PAGE was updated at those intervals but the actual character creation was updated MORE frequently. Ah well. My friend will just have to keep trying to join me. And no, I just play one character.
