    I like playing with friends, but I want to down hard content more.
    If you are consistently holding back the group, you will be replaced. (Sorry.)
    Work to be the best possible at your job.
    Do your homework on fights: read guides; watch videos.

    (3) Understand failures and how to improve.
    Understand why each run fails and how to prevent future mistakes.
    If you personally screwed up, be humble and admit it.
    Record videos; analyze why we are failing as a group.
    Suggest strategy improvements or things to change.

    (4) Be friendly.
    No jerks, even if they do 10k dps in a swimsuit while healing and tanking.
    Seriously, no shouting.
    Take advice graciously. Assume good intent.
    No racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, ableism, ageism, harassment, etc.
    Seriously, none of that.
