Progression Static Looking for a Few to Round out the team!!

Newly formed static just looking to round out our team. Currently in Need of a dedicated Dark Knight, willing to play all 3 tank specs. Reply here for inquires :].

Days: We are Currently still discussing which days we would like to set in stone. (Your feedback, if you will make a good fit, will be taken into consideration.)
Time expectations: 3-4 nights a week, 2-3 hours per night (9-10 hours total per week)
Time zone: PST-centric, but willing to include other folks that can focus through 11pm PST


(1) Don't waste my time.
Show up on time; be rested; don’t be drunk.
If you can't show up, say something as early as possible.
You must have an email address to communicate with.

(2) Be good.
I like playing with friends, but I want to down hard content more.
If you are consistently holding back the group, you will be replaced. (Sorry.)
Work to be the best possible at your job.
Do your homework on fights: read guides; watch videos.

(3) Understand failures and how to improve.
Understand why each run fails and how to prevent future mistakes.
If you personally screwed up, be humble and admit it.
Record videos; analyze why we are failing as a group.
Suggest strategy improvements or things to change.

(4) Be friendly.
No jerks, even if they do 10k dps in a swimsuit while healing and tanking.
Seriously, no shouting.
Take advice graciously. Assume good intent.
No racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, ableism, ageism, harassment, etc.
Seriously, none of that.

(5) Loot is for progression first.
Whatever is needed for progression first.
Primary jobs second.
Other jobs played in progression raiding third.
Pick 0-3 jobs after that. If loot drops, everyone with that job as a first pick can lot. If nobody wants it or everyone has it, then everyone with that job as a second pick. Etc. Once we run out of folks who want it, then FFA greed.
Upgrades (coils, twines) go to progression first, then distributed evenly to the group.

What we can provide to our members:
I will record every fight for review, and live stream for friends/anyone interested.
Camaraderie, new friends and generally a good time.
Guaranteed progression as long as all these rules are followed :] (Group of seasoned Vets :] )
