Not geting credit for killing the last boss in brayflox's Longstop hard for my relic

So I am doing my Relic quest and I have to kill the last boss in Brayflox's Longstop hard.

I have killed him two times now and I have not got credit for killing him anyone know why?

Is your relic equipped? I know it sounds silly, but just thought I'd check. Should be the little marker above him when you go in to the final boss if it is.

Did you have the relic equipped? (assuming this is the book phase of the relic grind)

Thats the only things i can think of unless you missread the boss and enterd the wrong brayflox.

You must be alive at the point it died in order for it to count.
