Tell that to the healers who feel uncomfortable with dpsing in dungeons. They enjoy wasting their time simply cuz they dont want to dps? Ofc heal bot mode is an option just like how dpsing as a healer is.

Only effective use i see tht has is in pvp where u can run and stun a group of enemies for casters to lb etc.
if ur tank has stoneskin up, using swiftcast holy just wastes the swiftcast as the GCD will act as if you just casted a normal holy.
PoM holy chain cast is a much better option as u can use that swiftcast to re apply stoneskin etc
Sure it can get that 1st stun out but does it really need to be stunned at the get go. Most monsters will do a few auto attacks before using an aoe.

You want to Swiftcast the first Holy so you can oGCD Pressence of Mind then start hammering the Holy button. By the time your 2nd Holy goes off, the mobs will already have been stunned long enough so the 2nd Holy stun isn't resisted due to dimishing returns.

If you're going to Pressence of Mind into Holy, you want to do Holy >> Blizzard II >> Holy >> Holy for maximum stun duration. If you do Holy >> Holy >> Holy the stun duration of the 2nd Holy is lost.

Will agree though that if a tank is doing mass pulls, their (SHOULD) be enough hate being generated to keep all the mobs together on the tank for Medica II enmity to be a non-issue, even with Divine Seal + Medica II >> Cure II >> Regen >> Holy spam

Using Medica II for single target HoT is terrible outside of these niche uses where the extra healing regeneration allows the healer to keep the DPS up harder without affecting their performance (which shouldn't happen greatly in trash pulls).

This is beautiful coming from a WHM who thinks Tank accessories on a healer in PvE content is the best things since sliced bread. .-. If you're gonna do that, do it right and get hybrid accessories.
