•Entering a dungeon with fewer than the required number of players is done simply by having the party leader select a new option in DF. You won't be able to replenish roles, and there will be no level sync. (Yes it says that. 「レベルシンクもかからないものになります。」)This feature is available for most ARR content, but not Heavensward content. The plan is to make it available for more content in future updates.

It's old content, so I don't imagine they really care.

They may want to consider bumping the adventurer in need bonus or adding a "in need roulette" depending on how this changes the pool, but still - I like.

Read the reddit, apparently there will be some fairly large condensing of roulette, wonder how new players will be able to approach the roulette then. Reason why I said in need vs just combining everything. We'll see :P

Also there was dev mulings on a possible NPC helper system for some low content, maybe that is their solution (wasn't a "confirmed" feature last I recall).
