From Reddit: NO level sync when entering a dungeon with less that required players!

I just want to use it to run Stone Vigil until I get the dragoon weapon. I think I've only ever seen it drop once and I didn't win it. But it's one of the coolest looking weapons in the game.

They reused the design of the lv41 spear for the basic pvp i70 spear which you can buy cheaply. I am using it for glamor too.
