From Reddit: NO level sync when entering a dungeon with less that required players!

Are you atleast going to unlink groups of enemies if we are to go in solo? they still hit hard, or will the strength of them be reduce too?

If you can't do it solo, try it with 1 or 2 more players.
Sastasha, as an example, will still be balanced around lv17-19 light party and Sastasha (hard) around lv 50 / ilevel 80 light party.
The devs are allowing us to enter them overleveled, not nerfing the dungeons for players at the right level.
