DPS is too slow guys! (OMG!!!)

it's hard to say whats going on in party finder sometimes.

Like World of Darkness is full of people in multiple pieces of demon gear that seem to be trying to eat every single telegraph.
Can spend my entire mp bar just constantly raising people nonstop just to see them run out and immediately die again

or you can go to leviathan extreme with a group of people that all have 110-130 gear and unable to kill spumes fast enough

It almost feels like 75% of the people in duty finder are expecting to just be lazy and get carried through it then act surprised that it fails
like shiva is considerably easier than ramuh and you have to beat ramuh to get to her, yet somehow every group has like 3dps that die every single time she summons icicles and you have to be in the overlapping sections for them to be able to outright kill you

except when 2 new deeps, and the geared deeps is either gaoled or have the dmg down debuff and nobody to esuna it.

There was one time Qarn NM. No newbie notices, so I thought it would be good run.

We wiped twice on first boss because healer didn't know about Doom and glowing platforms.

Mind you, I had a VERY long day that day and I was cranky. I have had enough of people not saying, "Hello, i'm new and I don't know this fight," and EXPECT other people to give advice to them.

But, you know what? I did give advice. And you know what? Next thing I know, his name was "?????"

I don't hate newbies. What I do hate about some of them is they outright REFUSE to take advice and refuse to ADMIT THAT THEY ARE NEW AND UNEXPERIENCED.

Hold up, what? Were cannons used at all? When I did Steps a few days ago, Dragon Killers weren't used at all and he only made it up to the explosive barrels.

Yeah, the cannons were used, i know..it sounds ridiculous, i can't work out why it was that bad myself...

"DPS is too low... xxxx ur dps is (trow parser DPS), everyone go out a kick him" thats more accurate to what happen when somebody, by any reason, have low DPS in a run...

Usually not the same treatment when TANK/ Heals sucks.. they can make mistakes... dps not?

To be fair, I think people who parse would usually not say something like this in a group where they are using pick-up players, as that would be grounds for a 3 day ban or a talking to by a GM should the low dps person report using something like that as evidence. I think most would talk among themselves or in voice chat and just kick the low performing dps without even saying why -- though I have hardly ever seen/heard of this happening among my friends who raid.

Part of the way through the fight one of the healers throws out this piece of gold "Lol noob you didn't read a guide"

Now maybe its me but reading doesn't mean I'm going to get it right the first try. Nor was I the only one being knocked out of the arena. There were no wipes, no deaths, no close calls. Until that point I'd thought it was an extremely smooth run. The only issue seemed to be that I was on SMN and new.

This is why the community is so bad. Intolerable and antisocial people who don't realize not being a jerk to the people in their group would actually help them clear content. Have your party fight the enemies rather than each other, eh?
