DPS is too slow guys! (OMG!!!)

Sorry to hear that. But I don't duty finder difficult content because people on NA servers use DF to 'learn'. I specifically use party finder, say it's a clear or farm and expect people to be ready for it. Taking criticism is part of this. I'm not someone who immediately kicks someone cuz they made a mistake. I always give people a chance to fix the issues and try to do better, but if people don't want to own up to their mistakes and want to get defensive well it's just disrespectful and holding all of us back.

You should have said this in your first post. It would have cleared up alot of assumptions. Mine included. (see above post)

I totally agree with this. PF and FC should know their stuff. If they don't they should accept any help they get. *nods* I get told my dps is less than our MNK's all the time. _-_ I will beat him one day.

Sometimes I derive amusement from watching people assume I'm a terrible person based on a simple and vague forum post. Generalization is pretty interesting :P

In reality I only react in fair and reasonable ways and I never toss someone out for being human. I would prefer to inform people of their errors instead of just removing them because everyone deserves a chance to succeed in the content. I am also well known for jumping into people's learning parties or clear parties and trying to help them out. Today I wiped in someone's T9 clear party for 2 hours, we didn't clear but I still stayed there and tried my best to help including being their divebomb marker.

I would love nothing more than to be able to tell people their shortcomings and they adjust and fix them instead of me having to kick them so we can actually clear or farm the content. When someone reacts defensively towards me I get very very mad and the reason for this forum post is to point out how it happens more with DPS than the other job roles (but it does happen with the other job roles too.)
