Item levels in Hevansward

i only voice a concern, it's nothing more, i find idiot to add this much ilevel in one tier. it will divide more the community. more important, like it did happend with coil, i'm kinda sure the best gear will not be needed for complet the content (if that the case i'm sorry, but so far it was always the case)

I'm just addressing the validity of your concern. The ilvl could have shot to 200 or just gone to 160 as long as our stats don't go out of control.

How will it divide the community? High level gear has always been easily attainable given time.

Also I see no reason not to have some of the best gear available through raiding, just like always equivalent gear will be accessible through tomes.
