That reminds me of the many times I pulled a bomb mob between the parties so it can self-destruct.

Dont kid your self about XI it was the same, Davio was just a chunk of junger forest cut off. I swear if nostalgia was an drug everyone would be addicts.....they kind of seem...small i guess. When i thought of these of course i thought of the FFXI beastmen areas, they were pretty big, lots of detail, had quests/NMs/Missions going with them. These feel like what they look like, some chunk of thanlan closed off by some walls and a few things inside to spruce them up.
I really hope when the map redesign comes they get more elaborate separate zones.

If you don't know before i game is publicly released devs are usually working on the next expansion, so dont fool your self. Like right now my friend is working Gear of war 3 map packs already....Wow you getting really angry hahah. If you say so!
.................... really not, so many companies have done so much in a very short time. Pulling content and stuff like this in just general weekly patches lol. SE is extremely slow compared to the modern MMO.
I expect more, I always will, dont like that? Ignore me or deal with it =D
Want to buy FF13 now!!!!
Damn you afro-man and your chocobo chick!

Only person kidding themselves is you.

That's a fairly decent size, since all we have to go on is screenshots of what LOOKs like a tiny area, is why people say Davoi is bigger.
I really think people make it a mission to talk down the better FF online whenever it's mentioned.
Actually I don't care if they are separate zones, I would just like a certain part of each zone have a nice big open world beastmen camp something about the size of Ghelsba Outpost from FFXI. Maybe down the road in different zones give them a bigger fortress whether it be in caves or above ground or wherever.they kind of seem...small i guess. I don't see why everyone harps that the dungeon was easy content now, I remember people being baffled at the ogre fight on these forums and then even more baffled when Batraal was discovered. Any content becomes easier when the strategy is figured out by other people and then emulated, but you have to admit the dungeon was pretty difficult before the strategies were figured out and spread to the masses.Did them all in 1 night, and even the first set of high lv nms were easy, guess the multiple ones took a bit getting used to, tho didnt die on mossy. Nothing was challenging, and then dungeons came and it wasnt challenging and now this will not be challenging because everyone will just pound through and there will be an insane amount of people hitting the mob. Like havine CFH on 24/7 in XI.
However I agree with you on just about every other point. Idk how people on this forum can convince themselves that content is being released at a quicker rate than any other MMO. Rift has I think over 10 dungeons already >_>, and someone on a FFXIV forum accusing TERA of failing is pretty funny.
There's nothing wrong with constructive criticism people, constant blind praise of this game isn't going to do the developers any good.
So people should gimp themselves to make content entertaining?Know why it wasn't challenging? Because you were fighting rank 35 NM's at rank 50 using a cookie-cutter setup.
That's dull.

Actually, The three Beastman strongholds in XI were pretty massive, add to that all the content attached to it to make it even bigger and relevant, I understan they might not start like that, but I hope they add quest and events to them over time.
There is no way anyone can undermine the relevance of the strongholds in XI. Not in size or content.
