Account suspended, link to reset password broken

My account was suspended due to apparent suspicious activity on or around sunday the 24th. I was given a link to reactivate but the link leads to a page with a broken link and error code 11000. I cant even get to reset my password because I don't remember what the answer to my question was. How do I get access back to my account please help.

Should probably contact them through the support portal via chat. If they can verify you own the account, they may be able to help you get it straight. After that, should look into setting up the one-time use password--either the physical token or the free phone app. It avoids that lockout when it detects you are connecting from a different IP than the last time you signed in.
