Heavensward cross class jobs information from Reddit?

That assumes that we won't be able to cross class some of the new abilities we're getting. Some of them may prove useful cross class.

I recall them specifically lowing the level of certain skills (Quelling Strikes comes to mind, I think it swapped places with Flaming Arrow during beta) because they thought it wasn't right that we'd have to basically level an entirely different class almost all the way just to access cross-class skills. Would be odd if they now turn around and slap some cross-class skills in the 51+ range, although I guess they never did anything about lolMantra.
