The only thing SE can track about your account usage is the IP address associated with it, and even then they won't ban the account unless they see it trying to be logged into from different addresses rapidly.

Yup, when this happens they simply request you to change your password.
And even then they wouldn't likely ban it. They'd be more likely to lock it and send you an email indicating suspicious activity and ask you to change your password for fear of your account being hacked.
Pretty much this. Only think I noticed about this is if you use the security token, it doesn't seem to cause that flag. I've logged on 5 different devices and it's never locked my account.
