All you have to do to hide again is jump on pad and you can hide instantly.

There are so many things ANY job can do to actually just avoid being held even for just a single second that it's really stupid to believe you're holding a "good player" for 2 minutes.

Likewise, there are many things most DPS Jobs can do to counter other Jobs' escape mechanics. It's really stupid to believe you can escape a solid camper so easily and quickly.
lol. You can kill only people who actually think it's smart to care about anyone camping.. the best thing to do to camper is just "swiftcast-anything" + anything else and run back to mid.
I think last TWO Ninjas trying to kill me are still there bound by a blizzard 2.
Again, I don't believe you're not killing anyone, I believe you can do NOTHING about any decent player. You're just good at killing whimps. gj ;D.

I've actually managed to outright kill many healers while camping because they'd waste swiftcast on a root. That strategy is hardly foolproof. :Plol. But, once again, this isn't about me. Stop trying to make it about me to skew my original point: camping can, at times, be extremely beneficial to your team. Is that so hard to acknowledge?
I just don't think so, and I told you why. Is that so hard to aknowledge? Extremely beneficial? lol ok we have 2 different view about FL. You like to play NIN-solo in a 72 match, I prefer to help my party with whatever job they need.
Someone could explain to me how can i hit a moving target as a melee class ? (warrior)
Cause in pvp i'm forced to spam Tomahawk to be sure to do some damage since everyone run everywhere. Every time i try to use a melee skill on someone who's running, the ability is interrupted and nothing happen... even if we are one over the other.
Thats lag, all servers are in canada at the moment, even the EU onesSomeone could explain to me how can i hit a moving target as a melee class ? (warrior)

At some point after 3.0 EU servers will move to the EU, in the mean time you can always use something like wtfast

Thanks you !
Yes. It's definitely hard to acknowledge what you're trying to express when you haven't said anything to back it up other than words that amount to "but you can't do that" or "except that doesn't work". Anyone can make generalizations like that, but the fact is that everything I said is possible and even likely on average. Sure, campers might mostly keep bad/average/unexceptional players at bay, but the true strength of camping comes with holding and delaying the skilled players. It may not work out perfectly every time, but that feat's hardly impossible. Saying otherwise is simply wrong, even if your own experiences seem to point toward the other direction.
I've explained why camping can be extremely beneficial. In fact, I've explained numerous ways and reasons. There's actual logic to back up my claim; it's not just an assumption.
You try to help your team by being whatever Job you deem they need but stick only to one spot, where as I will play the class I most enjoy but will be where my team would get the most use out of me at the time. Both of us are flexible and help our respective teams in our own way. You're right in that we hold different viewpoints. However, that still does not mean that camping is not extremely beneficial to your team's overall success at times.
Ultimately, I fully respect that you do not believe camping to be a valid strategy. However, I have every right to openly believe that you are wrong. As do you. Which is why I'm gonna drop the subject here to put an end to this circular debate before we flood this poor thread with further largely off-topic nonsense. XD
Feel free to get the last word in edgewise, though. I'll let you. :P
