    In-game support notices give notifications for days after it's closed

    Even if I close an in-game support ticket and I get that one reply, it will notify me for days about the same ticket and there is nothing that can be done to actually close the ticket.

    Yes. Happened to me too a few times. I've even made an ingame support ticket about it and never got a reply.
