There's also the fact that if I am in the middle of curing someone when Berserk wears, then by the time I start casting Leeches, odds are good that pacification will have fallen off naturally.Berserk is 5 seconds of pacification. Leeches is a 0.97 second cast time. Unless I'm sitting on the tank just for that debuff, it'll probably take me more time than that to actually get the debuff off. In that time, I could be mid way through my dps rotation and getting the trash down faster than what under 3 seconds of warr damage can add to the group. So yes, the pacification means nothing to me and I will continue to ignore it.

My only macro for the longest time was Provoke on my tank alt, and I just had four words of flavor text, followed by calling out my Provoke, and one of the less intrusive sound effects. I think I made it for... Ultima HM? And at the request of the other tank, at that. After having read this thread though, I didn't really know the set up for 'wait', so I think I'll add that between action and text next time I hop on the game, as I have accidentally spammed it before.
I did just add Virus and Eye for an Eye macros because, especially on my BLM, it kinda bothers me to have SCHs and SMNs in the party who never use those abilities, but at the same time I don't want to accidentally step on their toes if they do decide to use it (especially Supervirus). So a heads up, I feel, is warranted. That said, I left sound effects off of those because they aren't as integral, I guess, to a fight as a tank swap.
