Something I'm getting fed up with

Rule of thumb when entering a dungeon with new people - put yourself in their shoes. Empathy usually helps experienced players with new players.
If they refuse to do - or don't even try to do whats pointed out before the fight because they're being stubborn or lazy, then that's completely on them and their own fault if they think they can just slap buttons and not do anything else.
If no one even bothers to explain what the new players should do when stuff occurs then I'd hardly see that as the new peeps fault. Would you know what to do with Doom from the boss if you've never been in there and nobody said anything? o_Oa

You're best off just sticking with a group to try to conquer the dungeon, rather than just dumping party after party :/
