Current custom gear set maximum?

I never really thought about it that much but aside from the additional gear sets we get from leveling up all the classes and jobs, are there any other ways of getting more? And do we start with more than 1 when we get the ability to change to other gear sets?

I totaled up the ones including jobs with SMN/SCH counted, classes, crafters, and gatherers and you should have 30 when everything is leveled but then at the moment I have 37 while others may have numbers ranging from 34-36 with the same amount of jobs so I'm a little stumped on how I got to the total I did. I have heard PvP mode unlocks can affect it too but I have not seen any evidence of that anywhere, though I do/did PvP often so that could be it.
