3.0 Preorders - Let's have those retainers *now*!

Supposedly the armoire/armory chest will be improved in 3.0/3.1/3.x. And in the meantime, we're supposed to get additional retainers to alleviate the load.

So...why wait?

I need those extra retainers now, and I'd really prefer to reorganize all my space now as opposed to the first week of server maintenance and lag that Heavensward will inevitably bring.

Why not go ahead and activate the extra retainer(s) as a preorder bonus now?

Then *and* now. The inventory problem was acknowledged some time ago, prior to 2.5. 3.0 will exacerbate it, yes.

That makes no sense at all. That's akin to saying "Well, this man is parched, but he's not even to the worst part of the desert, so let's hold off on giving him any water."

That's actually a very logical thing to do.. You don't want to drink all your supply of water at once, you wait til the worst moment

Simply put, SE can probably still milk out some of those extra retainer money by waiting until HW, they have no incentive to do it yet.
