Is it the processor, hdd or what? (regarding Benchmark Loading Times)

Hi, first post here in a bit. Yes I saw the thread about the Bottleneck Performance, but I did not want to derail it with my issue. Basically I ran the Benchmark twice on my Desktop and noticed the despite a 11k+ score on maximum, my loading times were a whopping ~ 92.44 seconds! Now I also ran this benchmark on my laptop and got 20-30 seconds for average load time. Even in the benchmark topic, I notice average Load Times significantly lower. Here are my general Desktop Specs:

    MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4G Geforce 4GB
    i5-2500k 3.3 (3-7)
5200 RPM regular HDD (I think?)
    2x4 1600 Gigabyte Ram

    Here are my Laptop Specs:
    Intel Core i7 4800MQ (2.70GHz)
    8GB Memory
    1TB HDD (7200rpm)
    NVIDIA GeForce GTX 870M 3GB

My question is: is it more the processor or the HDD my average load time for the desktop is so high? Or is it another thing altogether maybe? And if I needed to replace just one or the other, would it be better the HDD or the processor?

I'd like to note too, that yes the desktop has been scanned, cleaned, and unnecessary processes disabled.

I don't believe this is the issue, but in a realm reborn I suddenly had a super long load time whenever i teleported to different zones after like patch 2.2 and I solved it by removing the ffxiv folder in my documents -> my games and saved my screenshots elsewhere. It had to redownload all the patches but that just took me 15 minutes

I don't know if that information can help you in any way though

It's the hard drive, 5200rpm is fairly slow. 7200 is a big improvement over 5200 when it comes to loading screens.

Gonna echo that 5200rpm is slow compared to the standards we have these days. If you're looking to decrease your loading times, a SSD would help greatly in that respect. Regardless, I run 14 on a 2tb 7200rpm and the average loading time on the benchmark is 30 seconds.
