I choose..... Yellow! Just coz I think It suits an Optimal level color. While I think Green is lower/lighter color for Optimal and is more suited to lower things.
I.E
Red for Very Hard
Orange for Moderately Hard
Yellow for Normal/Optimal/Medium
Green for Moderately Easy
Blue for Very Easy

I think it should be green because it means you made the level u need to wear the gear.... green means go!

A colour-code seen in many other MMO's to label the difficulty and thus 'optimal rank' of an enemy. He has a very good point with this me thinks.I choose..... Yellow! While this works great for rating things such as enemy levels (as was in the game until earlier this year), the big problem with applying this to optimal rank for gear is that...after you reach the optimal level, it doesn't get any "easier" to use. You don't gain any more benefit; once you reach the optimal level, you have the full stats. Therefore, there wouldn't be any reason for the gear to progress from yellow to green and finally blue, as in your example.I choose..... Yellow! Just coz I think It suits an Optimal level color. While I think Green is lower/lighter color for Optimal and is more suited to lower things.

I disagree. I would say it should be like this:I choose..... Yellow! Just coz I think It suits an Optimal level color. While I think Green is lower/lighter color for Optimal and is more suited to lower things.

RED too high
Yellow is like a warning, so it would be slightly too high
WHITE for equal to or just right level
Light Blue or a Light Green for slightly lower than par
Grey being the lowest, a visible but dull gray that says this item is clearly inadequate
