Hi I was recently involved in a disagreement that was reported and then the conversation with the Moderator was posted to twitter with my Name intact on the screenshot. I reported this in game (not taking to twitter and starting a flame war) and was told nothing could be done by the support team not even having a conversation with the player and requesting they alter or remove the post. This is morally irresponsible that the Support Team will allow their words to be taken out of context and used to potentially/actually start a crusade against another player even if it happens on 3rd party media.

Below is a section of the conversation that sums up the grievance with the names responsibly omitted

[18:45][GM]Gm >> If players post any information on that site in regards to your character or you, you will have to contact twitter to seek action, if applicable through their user policy.
[18:45]>> Gm : While true, you do moderate the game that material is from and in which the post will be used against me potentially in
[18:45][GM]Gm >> We moderate any harassment which occurs within the confines of the game.
[18:46][GM]Gm >> I am unable to action on a player for posting information on a third party site.
[18:46]>> Gm : you could contact the user ----- and ask them to alter or remove the post, I will go through twitter but it seems irresponsible for you to allow the use of another gm's words against a player in the game
[18:46]>> Gm : I'm not asking for action, just a simple conversation with a request
[18:46][GM]Gm >> I will bring that feedback to our supervisors. However, we cannot contact a player and ask them to remove information from a third party site.

That I pay money for a service that the support team of which can be used as a weapon to make me feel uncomfortable when I've made no grievous error is unacceptable.
