What of this new Pet Glamour System?

So we aren't getting any new egis, and I've made my peace with that, (runs to corner and cries "SHIVA!", I'm good I swear, *sniffle*) anyway, in response SE has "promised" us a glamour system for our current egis, which I am also okay with (Shiva!). Well I am curious about a few things and wanted to get other peoples opinions on them as well.

1: Primarily when will we be getting said system? Ideally, since we aren't getting new egis, 3.1 would be best, though launch would've been better, lol.

2: Hopefully, the egis will be made more viable and not just melee, tank, caster. That being said will each egi only be able to be subbed with a certain one or can we pick and choose? (SHIVA!)

3: With said glamour system coming, will we get new glamours for every new primal that comes out, and will we get them instantly? Ie, when the expansion comes out we will have Ravana and Bismarck, plus there could be Phoenix as well; will their glamours be available once we defeat them in battle? Possibly under a condidtion, but still.

4: When (and if) we do get more egis, how will they be affected by the glamours? Will certain glamours be restricted to certain summon commands, because of lore or something?

5: And what about Scholar? If Summoner is getting a glamour system, why not Scholar too? Maybe people are tired of looking at the same fairy. I know people have been stating that having Phoenix as a pet for Scholars would be great, and there have been plenty of healing pets in FF history, so glamouring the fairy isn't a bad idea either. Plus we could use Carbuncle again, maybe?
