PS4 upgrade conundrum

So, I've finally saved up enough money for a PS4, and I'd love to jump into Heavensward with everything looking all shiny and 'next gen'.
I'm not really sure where to go from here though since the upgrade campaign is over, I'm guessing the only way to do so is to buy a brand new copy of ARR?
If so, I'd really, really, like to suggest some kind of discount for upgrading, or heck bring back the free upgrade campaign to celebrate Heavensward.
As it stands I can't afford to buy a new PS4 as well as ARR and Heavensward, all in time for the launch (Game bundle with both main game & expansion will cost €74.99 here..)
Please help me out!

Well, Heavensward on its own costs $59 here. So its not that much more expensive for ARR+HW.. Either way you need to buy HW, just only buy it on the PS4.
Im not sure if there is an option within the mogstation that can do it for cheaper.. you'd have to check that.

That upgrade campaign went on for a year and a half. I doubt they are going to bring it back. Sure, they MAY do it for Heavensward release but even then I have a feeling that the best thing you'll get from them is a bundle two or three months later.

Best bet; see if you can find it discounted somewhere on PS4, wait until the 23rd of June and onward to see if they add a new "free or discounted upgrade", wait for a couple of months and see if they release a discounted bundle, or go online and try and buy a cheap copy off ebay or something similar.

It's €54.99 for me but that's still much cheaper than what my retailer are selling it for.. thank you sir!
