Report them. That isn't acceptable.

the problem i have run into is being told that SE GMs cant do anything due to the fact that you cant tell them what server the other player was from. just a couple days ago, had the same troll tank get kicked from the group 3 times in Keeper, and he still ended up getting back into our group and just sitting at the instance until we all left in disgust. who ended up getting penalized for it, the players who left, not the tank who bad mouthed us, pulled trash and then refused to tank anything and watched us all die, he went so far as to pull all the mobs back on top of the starting point so if we rezed, we would die. a fix for this needs to be put in because reporting does nothing the way it is now since you cant see what server the person is from to report them.

I was recently kicked from a party doing "The Fractal Continuum" after we reached the final boss.
i rejoined the same duty with the pure intent of finishing the dungeon.
Kinda bull that i was kicked on the final boss when i wasn't the problem to the run...
We did clear the run though the final fight was rough.
Definitely needs to happen.

On the other hand, i love trolling trolls with this, got kicked by a group of Tank+DPS trolls (enough to kick be) then rejoin (healer) and troll they, was super fun xD
My GF got kick once by a parser user, then she rejoin and we kicked the other DPS (how was with the tank). Not all the kick are "for a reason" sometimes ppl are trolls or elitist J&%&

you do know yo ucan report someone for using a paser as an excuse. yoship say that isn't allowed

On the one hand, agreed.
.. On the other, that impatient Labyrinth of the Ancients group kicked me after I said 'gosh, sorry, brb' and disappeared downstairs for a minute - returned just in time to apologise again and have one member tell me they'd voted 'No' to the kick. So, rejoined.. and after asking if they were really that impatient, proceeded to be the only reason my party wasn't facing the bone dragon without a healer. .. This being after they'd already tried to go in once without a healer ('cause they'd just vote dismissed the one wasn't already dead) and died horribly. .. Whereupon they got themselves killed during the Atomos stage by pulling with half the raid nowhere near and all, but anyway.
I fear they'd have had an even harder time had this flaw in the dismissal system not let me back in after I got kicked for daring to look away from the screen for a moment, and certainly nobody complained thereafter.
When this happens to me, I just look them up on the Lodestone o.o I've never had a scenario where I wasn't able to work out what server the offending player was on based on their character's classes, race, gender and appearance in the event there's more than one person by that name. I've never been told by a GM there wasn't anything they could do about a report I sent in concerning an abusive player and there have been at least two occasions where I'm fairly sure I've seen evidence the report was acted on.

I had a case one time in turn 9 we couldn't find an extra tank so we just pugged one. Of coarse we knew the risk of finding a new player or even a troll and of coarse we found a troll. He would place meteors in random spots on perpose and or run the golems near eachother. We kindly asked if he was new at first figuring maybe he didn't know what to do but then he just said no I have already beaten this fight just thought I'd make life tough for you guys. Of coarse we vote kicked him. But everytime we got hi again while searching for a new tank. We even found another tank and tried to have him Q in only go get the bad tank again. Once the 15 min mark was up we just vote abbandoned it and reformed but still that was a pain and all 7 of us reported that guy.
