    You have to decline them twice... and if you don't block them you will likely get another request/tell from them in their next dump. It is highly annoying to say the least.

    I've gotten 15 from Ggatm or Wtbgg based names since I cleared my blacklist Friday. So yes... on some servers, they are spamming the h3ll out of us.
