Hello, I bought a phial of Fantasia x1 for my character. My moogle mail is full for campaign letters (20/20) when I did the transaction through the game shop. My credit card was charged and got a confirmation e-mail, but I didn't get the item. I now have cleared my entire mail box to make room for this Fantasia.

There is a button you hit at the top right of the Mog Mail window, it's called Reward Delivery Request. That should give you the mail you can't receive with a full inbox. Hope that helps.
