Launcher doesn't show login details

Anyone have problem like this?
I got Launcher problem which as you guys can see, there's no login form for me to fill :/

I have to constantly re-launch the launcher (4-6 times) to make it work.

I use Steam Version of FFXIV. I did reinstall 2x, and did malware scan, firewall off, antivirus off, everything I can think of. Hopefully you guys can help ._.

I also have this problem on ps4 and pc after the latest patch, reloading page by clicking world icon on the bottom left sometimes makes it appear

Yeah, I did try it several times. Sometimes work...sometimes not.

Try deleting the Temporary Internet files from within Internet Explorer (browser cache) and restarting the game afterwards.

I've seen this happening in my PS4 a few times as well.

I'm kinda sure this screen is literally one big web-page with 3 or 4 "frames", and the login details/fields is a frame on its own that seems to be the last one to be loaded, and sometimes it fails to load for whatever reason.

Maybe so. My temporary solution atm is to delete FFXIV_BOOT.cfg everytime I want to play (and it'll go back to fill in the terms&condition etc) or keep relaunching the launcher several times.

Having this issue, too. Not even rebooting the launcher is working.

After about 5 minutes, a launcher error pops up saying an error has occurred: -2146697211

From what I can understand, I cannot connect to the gateway in order to log in. Game booted up just fine yesterday, nothing's changed, other than launcher not working.

Just started having this issue today. It was working fine last night until I d/c'ed today and tried to log in, only to be stopped by this bs. Restarting the launcher wouldn't work for me (I tried for almost an hour). This was also affecting my wife's PC, so I can only assume that it's some type of conflict between my ISP and Square Enix's Data Centers (I have Century Link).

The only workaround that works is the one posted above, if you delete the FFXIV_BOOT.config it allows you to log on fine. The whole process only takes about a minute to log on, but it's still a hassle, especially when you d/c in the middle of an important fight and people are counting on you to get back online asap. Judging by the lack of official response to this topic, I can only assume square enix doesn't care, as this doesn't seem to be effecting many other players except for a handful of us. I guess I should also note, as of the most recent update, I've been hitting very heavy instance lag whenever I enter any dungeons of coil turns. Game freezes for 3-4 seconds at a time then speeds up again, not sure if it's all linked, but all other MMOs work just fine with no issues, hell I can play PSO2 with almost no lag or latency, there's no reason I should be hitting lag like this on a data center located so close to me.
