    Opened a support ticket and now I can't get rid of the notification

    Over a week ago there was a player just flooding the chat in Mor Dhona with the laugh emote, and then was chasing players around using the emote on them non stop flooding the chat and lagging my machine. I went under the support menu and reported the player for harassment. A little while later I was doing Titan HM and a GM started messaging me but I couldn't respond at that time. After I finished Titan, a pop up appeared over my screen saying my support request has been answered and that I can view the details under support and information. When I would go in there, there was a message from SE saying we take harassment very seriously and you should blacklist this player etc. The options then are Close or Reply. When I choose Close, it says do you want to close this issue so I say Yes. The problem is 10 minutes later I get that big pop up over my screen again saying my support request has been answered, go to support information to view etc. When I go there it's the exact same message. It's been over a week now, every 10 minutes or so popping up across the screen super distracting telling me my request was updated. I've even tried replying to it but it absolutely will not go away. The only options when I go in there are to close or reply but neither do anything. Is there some way to remove this message? I'd never have reported the player if I knew it was such a hassle.

    I've had it get stuck like this before too. I think I had to Close it and then relog into the game.
