
 
			
			
				I sent a tweet to AskSony twitter support account just to finally learn what is really up, they said it's up to the developer/publisher when they want their games up in the store. Obviously is not as easy as SE just saying please put my game up in the store, they have to pay a fee and what not, there's a process but one that is definitely Square Enix to blame.

 
			
			
				It really doesn't make sense for Sony to be the one holding this up. I presume they get a cut from every sale made through the PSN store. If sales are made through other stores, Sony doesn't get that money.

 
			
			
				Actually, if you put your code into the PS store it allows you to download the heavensward expansion. Well it did last week, and it completely bugged my client and I had to completely reinstall. But I guess this will be fixed for the 19th.

 
			
			
				Considering we saw early access just fine with 2.0 (before the disk was even released for us to put into our PS3's) I think we'll see early access alright.
