Overall, most I've worked with have been friendly and helpful. Today is not going so well, though.

Ticket 4943123: I report a bad name.

1st response: "...we found you were unavailable..."

I reply noting that I was available the whole time (I never got a /tell) and that I was just replying to make the notification stop erroneously blinking (since it still blinks even after clicking "Close")

2nd response: "...We understand that it is frustrating to have these types of advertisements sent to you, since RMT can be..."

I reply again, pointing out that I use the web site to report RMT stuff directly to the special task force (and thus have not used the support desk to report any RMT in a very long time) and that the only reason I was replying was to make the notification stop blinking (which was now blinking again thanks to this reply to my reply).
