A pre-emptive blacklist filter
We as players need a blacklist feature that has a communication restriction based on character level, and to add the blacklist configuration to each users preferance. The level needs to be adjustable so i can blacklist all communication from players between level 1-60 so if i set it to 59 all players lvl 59 and below are restricted from communicating or interact with my character.

In order to prevent this feature from ruining wanted gameplay like the current "busy" does, there needs to be a Whitelist. So players can set their friendslist to whitelist and all players on my friendslist and whitelist are able to communicate and interract with me regardless of blacklist setting.

This would be one step in making it inconveniant for rmts to advertise their services

Other steps also should be made, making reporting faster, easier and less time consuming for the players.

I'll just be content with an option to block friend requests, and to block whispers. And to only allow whispers from people in my FC, friends list, or LS. At least this way, i can somewhat control who whispers me.

Although... thanks to the RMT's, i've pretty much gotten used to their whispers and now i have the mental state of ignoring all of those purple texts and the whisper chimes tend to drown into the background. The drawback to this, is the very few legit whispers i do get, i unfortunately might ignore because of the RMT plague. In fact, i'm pretty sure i have gotten some legit ones and never noticed thinking they were RMT. Just the other day my guild member messaged me and i almost ignored her because it was a whisper.

Long story short, i'd like an option to block whispers and block friend requests. (Why does a game not have an option to block friend requests?)
