I did a quick search and didn't see anything, so sorry if there's already a topic suggesting this.

Final Fantasy Tactics was, and still is, one of my favorite games. One great part of the game is it's use of random speech in fights to add flavor to the spells cast and abilities used. (Think of the special text you'd get sometimes when casting Fire or Cure if you're unsure of what i'm talking about)

Now I also noticed that I'm not the only person out there who likes to add flavor to their abilities (just look at all the limit break macros out there!)
I was hoping we could get some /command that picks a random string from a set of preset inputs, including the ability to not do anything.

What the /command might look like:
/command [channel] ("String1", "String2", [null], "String4")

Examples:
/rnds /p ("I like turtles.", "")
This way when the command is used, ½ of the time it will not say anything.
