For the BRD, it would be nice to follow your targeting order, but I'm also not sure how you lost threat to A BARD (unless you're a PLD pre-40, then my condolences, those levels before Shield Oath suck). Like really, Flash or Overpower 2-3 times, you now have significant threat on everything.

Just going with my gut and the impression of the brd given, i'd say he/she was probably popping Foe's before tank had hate set and was compounding it by attacking w/e mob instead of current party target.
