Dyes via ventures

Maybe this has been addressed/touched on in previous threads but I really wish they would make dyes a little easier to get from ventures especially w/ a retainer geared in ilvl 120+. While we are at it, maybe make fish a little be less of a % >.>. Really would like some metallic silver dye one day;;.

The dyes aren't even tradeable so shouldn't be abused, especially if everyone was getting them more often and would actually be more useful then a inventory full of fish (unless your a culinarian).

I would rather see the dyes be craftable (like a bunch of others are) and removed completely from the retainer venture loot lists.

If you think dyes are hard to obtain, try obtaining the venture minions.

I am so tired of getting fish and housing items (for a house I will never own). And on the rare occasion that I get a dye, it's never the white or black dyes I really want.

Can we pleeeeease!!! have some other way of getting these dyes for customizing our characters? Making them craftable like the other dyes would be wonderful.

Idk how I do it, I got 3 retainers being sent almost every hour if I don't forget them (I think I send them 5 times a day on a quick exploration). I have between 46-120 of each metallic/pastel dyes we can get from them... Perhaps I'm just lucky. :s

Join the club. I can't even pawn them off others cause no one wants to have their gear dyed anymore.

Culinarians can't cook every type of fish, and some fish just aren't worth cooking because their level is too low or it simply requires too many other materials. Even when doing Desynth there's no situation where having a bunch of fish under 10gil sell price will get you anywhere you can't get with your own fishing rod.

I think either this will be a possibility in Heavensward or they'll just naturally appear more often since players' retainers will be high enough in item level naturally to find them easier. Either way, we should be seeing a whole lot more metallic dyes when the expansion comes out.

YES! Good lord...I would dearly love to have some of the black and white dyes for things, but my retainers are still leveling and can't bring them back. Even if they made them harder/more expensive to craft I would gladly deal with the cost to get a really dark black dye.
