Vote Kicking and Returning

When you vote kick someone especially for harassment. They should not have the ability to return to that group. Then what makes it worse is a person is only aloud to initiate a vote to kick someone once every four hours. Just had someone after getting kicked several times instantly rejoined the group to only afk at the front of the instance and feel he was winning by attempting to ruin our time.

At the very least allow me to cross server blacklist someone while in an instance.

Yep people returning to a DF party that they have been kicked from is a real big issue that hopefully resolved some time soon. Been in this situation myself, not often at all, but when you do have grounds to kick someone, they really should not be able to get back into the party they were kicked from.

I've made a suggestion like this in the past as well, and it became buried.

And recently, I got votekicked, along with my boyfriend, because we were defending ourselves while being harassed, and we managed to get into the party again when rejoining... right before the end boss in WoD

Last time I did WoD, there was a tank that would not stop harassing the group. We kicked him 5 times, only for him to return each time.
